🐝 A unique bee rescue mission!
When a tree unexpectedly toppled, it sent one of my loyal client’s hives crashing from the roof. It was a sticky situation, but with patience and care, I managed to reunite all the bees and relocate them safely back up top.

🏡 From their humble beginnings in a small nuc, these bees have certainly bulked up over time! 😅 Thanks to the homeowner’s green thumb, the once barren block has transformed into a lush rainforest oasis! 🌳🌿

Let’s take a moment to appreciate the incredible work ethic of our buzzing friends, the bees! 🐝 These tiny powerhouses tirelessly collect nectar from flowers, transform it into the liquid gold we know as honey 🍯, and, in the process, pollinate our gardens and crops, ensuring a bountiful harvest. 🌼🌽🍓

Their dedication to our ecosystem is truly remarkable, and we owe so much of our food diversity to them. So, the next time you enjoy a spoonful of honey, remember the hard work and essential role these tiny creatures play in our world. 🌎💛

We should all be prepared for the Varroa mite, particularly given FNQ's endemic population of Asian honey bees, which serve as a natural host for the Varroa mite.
