As new owners of Edge Hill Butchery, this means so much to us and we honestly couldn’t have done it without the amazing support from our community, customers, family, friends, and staff.
From our locals who visit us every week, to the visitors from all over the world who stop into our little butcher shop on Collins Avenue — thank you for supporting our dream, believing in what we are building, and allowing us to do what we love every single day.
