감자떡은 강원도 감자 전분으로 만들어서 다른 떡이랑 달라요.

익히면 속이 비칠 듯 말 듯 반투명해지는데, 그만큼 쫀득하고 찰진 식감이 살아있어요.

달지 않은 팥소가 들어 있어 물리지 않고, 동치미나 물김치 곁들이면 딱이에요.

살짝 구워서 겉은 바삭, 속은 쫄깃하게 드셔도 별미예요.
