THIS IS KIELTYS 🔥

Small batch artisan sauces with Irish roots, packed with the kind of flavour that makes you question whatever you thought flavour was before 😮‍💨

We’ve known and gotten these blends from Padriac for years now, and the depth and punch has always stayed the same. There’s a reason these sauces have racked up award after award 🤌

From smoked apricot hot sauce to Cherry Ripe in a bottle, rich mustard blends, and a Reaper & Rose combo that works ridiculously well 🌹

These aren’t “one drop and regret it” sauces. These are “put it on everything” sauces.

No sun? You’ve always got the golden rays running through your FMS biltong ✨

One of the telltale signs of quality grass-fed beef is that rich golden fat marbling you’ll find through certain pieces of biltong. The better the pasture -> the richer the colour and flavour 🤌 And if you know anything about the Cape Grim and Bass Strait pastures where we get our beef from, the clean air and quality grazing speak for themselves 🔥

It’s what gives those pieces that melt-in-your-mouth, buttery bite people dig through the bag trying to find 😮‍💨

This is the kinda biltong where you grab “just a few pieces” and suddenly the bag’s empty five minutes later 👀

Bigger. Better. Unreal. That was Meatstock Sydney 2026. 🔥

Wall-to-wall crowds, non-stop samples, and to top it off… SOLD OUT of biltong. 🤌

Watching you all try it for the first time (or coming back from last year), come back for more, and bring your mates over… that’s the good stuff. 👌

No surprises here, our world first Apple Pie biltong did what it does, cult favourite for a reason. 🤤

Proof? Just look at American BBQ legend Ernest Servantes last year at Meatstock… big smile, bag of FMS Biltong in hand. Says it all really. 🔥

We’ll be back doing what we do best in just under a week 👀 Meatstock is coming in hot, and we’re ready to feed the masses.

Early mornings, outside the shop, the boys keep putting in the hard yards 👊

JP and Matt train hard getting their reps in, making sure they’re ready to show up and give 100% when the doors open 😮‍💨

Work hard in the gym, so they can work even harder for the FMS fam.

A lot of this accountability and discipline was built at World Gym, a big part of the journey 🤝
