Bega Persimmons will be showing off their Autumn colours and unique flavours on our Fruit Bats at Bega Produce Market tomorrow morning. Thank you to all the local growers that provide us with such a wonderful variety of seasonal fruit. We will also have our full range of breads and pastries as well as delivering bread to local shops.

I love it when the season matches the fruit. These beautiful local Candelo apples will be in our Apple Turnovers tomorrow at Bega Produce Market. Pastry will be taking centre stage with Quince or Nectarine Fruit Bats, Warrigal Greens and Feta Puff, Chocolate Croissants, Hazelnut & Cherry Wombat Paws and Croissants. James is recovering from a head cold so bread will be limited to a small amount at the market and . We apologise to our other locations this week but back to normal next week.

Wombat Paws (Hazelnut & Cherry) will be emerging from our Alan Scott, woodfired oven early tomorrow. Like the ants gathering nectar on the Callistemon, there will be sweet things to gather at Bega Produce Market in the morning. How we gather. We have been gathering local produce for our pastries from our garden, from local shops and of course local growers at markets. Tomorrow when we all gather at Bega Produce Markets we will have Autumn garden Raspberries & Ricotta Fruit Bats, garden Spinach, herb and Feta Savoury Scrolls and Local Candelo Apple Turnovers (grown by Cathy & Dave and gathered at ). We will also have all our usual breads including the Wallagaraugh Native Grain Loaf. We will also be gathering for next week from Yowrie Growers, Grass Boots Farm, Dallas & Sue , Terry and any other local growers at the market. We love discovering what is in season and planning what we can create. We will also be delivering bread to local shops.
