Genuine growers, artisanal food producers and gourmet ready-to-eat vendors gather at the Castle Hill Showground every 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month. It's not the stalls, the food or the products alone. It's the people.

To everyone who visited, shopped, shared a smile, stopped for a chat, supported a local business, or simply spent part of their Saturday morning with us - thank you.

To our incredible stallholders, thank you for your passion, hard work and for bringing the market to life. And to our wider community, thank you for the wonderful feedback, encouragement and support we've received throughout the day.

Seeing so many familiar faces alongside so many new ones reminds us why community markets matter. We're incredibly grateful to each and every one of you for being part of today's market.

Andy's dumplings has become a favourite among many of our regular visitors, serving up delicious dumplings, dim sims, pancakes and fried rice that keep people coming back fortnight after fortnight.
