Here’s Ralf slicing off a perfect dry aged rib eye steak …. if you’ve never tasted dry aged beef then spoil yourself and grab one of our steaks (porterhouse, fillet, rump, rib rye, tbone etc) tender and full of flavour! See us at Woodend on Saturday and Castlemaine on Sunday- stock up on our soups, sausages, hams and bacons, smoked hocks and all the rest of our yummy products to warm you up. EASTER: closed Good Friday but open as normal Thursday then Monday - 9 to 4. MARKETS: See us at Woodend on Saturday where we can now supply fresh Aussie Pork cuts- porchetta, mince, belly, chops etc as well as all our usual tasty treats!
