Hey guys, we are currently taking a little seasonal pause at Cawongla Harvest. Our gardens have finished up with the summer veggies and flowers and are having a well-earned rest. 🌿

Thank you so much to everyone who supported us through the season; we will be back once the gardens start producing again. 🌱

We’re back this week with some fresh new produce! 🌿

We have some super fresh purple beans and rosella calyx (fruit); perfect if you’re planning to make some jam this weekend, so be sure to stock up.

Our chillis (Jalapeño and Habanero) are still going strong, and the limes are incredibly juicy.

Alongside these, we also still have sweet potatoes, butternut pumpkin, local eggs and honey, as well as gorgeous teas, fresh flowers, and handcrafted herbal salves.

And of course, there will be some delightful sweet treats waiting for you, too.

Unfortunately, there will be no vegan focaccia this week.

After all that wild rain last week, Cawongla Harvest is back on deck this Saturday, and the gardens (ours and our beautiful local growers’) are still absolutely pumping.

You’ll find loads of fresh, local, spray-free fruit and veggies waiting for you. Autumn planting season is calling too… and we’ve got plenty of plants ready to find a new home in your garden 🌱

What’s at the Cawongla Farm Stall this week?

We are back this week with a stall full of goodness and plenty of familiar favourites.

🚫 No focaccia this week (we know… sorry!)
�✅ But all the other classics are here:�• 1kg Banana bread loaves�• Delicious Caramel Chocolate and Raspberry Muffins�• Super fresh Sourdough cinnamon scrolls�• Brookies

Plus loads of fresh fruit & veggies; okra, beans, butternut pumpkins, green and red jalapeños, Russian garlic, the biggest R2E2 mangoes, beautiful plants and flowers, local honey, fresh eggs, lovely balms and serums; everything you need for a nourishing, delicious week ahead.

Cawongla Harvest is open this Saturday, 10 January, as usual from 8am–1pm, and the stall is absolutely overflowing.

This week we have:
🥭 trays of beautiful mangoes
🥚 fresh eggs and local honey (they’re back!)
🍎 crisp, refreshing wax jambu
🌶️ buckets of super-fresh jalapeños
🍉 juicy, sweet watermelons perfect for summer
🎃 loads of pumpkins in all shapes and sizes

Alongside all that goodness, we have a big mix of seasonal fruit and veggies, our usual baked goods, and plenty of fresh flowers, plants and seeds for you to grow your own.

We are also stocking some beautiful handcrafted teas, balms and serums, all locally made; perfect for gifting or treating yourself.

Whether you are stopping by to stock up, browse, or just enjoy the atmosphere, there really is something for everybody.
