🔨 Building update at The Pickled Pig Butchery 🔨

Massive thanks to Butlers Flooring, J&H Air and Tull Electrical for doing an awesome job getting our processing areas ready to go. The new facility is really starting to come together!

Now it’s time to focus on the front of the shop 👌

We’re also hiring experienced butchers and apprentices to join the team ahead of our mid year opening.

She’s lookin’ flash on the outside… but don’t let her fool ya 😅
The new Pickled Pig is all dressed up like she’s ready for opening night — lights on, signs up, turning heads on the corner 👀
But inside? Still a bit of organised chaos… tools everywhere, trades yelling, and us wondering where that one bloody thing we just had went.
We’re getting close — real close — but there’s still a bit of elbow grease, swearing, and probably a few “that’ll do” moments before we’re slicing steaks in there.
Good things take time… and this one’s gonna be worth the wait 🐖🔥
Opening 2026 — we promise we’re not just standing around looking at it 😆
