We love how easily Kim puts together such wonderful family meals using Herbie’s spices. Try her slow cook Lamb Korma recipe below 👇

- In a large pot, saute 1 chopped onion, 3 tbs of ginger and garlic paste in a little oil until soft.
- Stir through 2 tbsp Herbie’s Korma Curry Spice Blend with 4 tbsp of almond meal, 1/3 cup water, 1.3kg diced lamb shoulder and 1/2 teaspoon of saffron soaked in water and 2 cups of Greek yoghurt.
- Cover with a lid and place in the oven at 150C for 2 hours or until tender and falling apart in your fingers.
- Top with torn coriander and serve with rice.
