It's time to change things up for the better

From a fun cook along on Zoom on Monday night, my team welcomed MasterChef Mong Ling to teach us how to make Pandan Chiffon Cake and Japanese Cotton Cheesecake in a special masterclass.

Tricks and tips, cameras on hand and happy tummies in the end, we were invigorated to try these recipes on our Thermomix®️.
