What a weekend at the Grampians BBQ Festival!

The team at The Hook & Cleaver Smokehouse and Hook & Cleaver Fine Foods Artisan Butchery teamed up with the legends at Aussie Offset Smokin, and we're absolutely stoked with the results.

🥉 3rd Place – Brisket
🍖 5th Place – Pork Ribs
🐑 6th Place – Lamb
🐖 9th Place – Pork

To come away with top 10 finishes across all four categories against some incredible BBQ teams is something we're really proud of.

A massive thank you to everyone who came by, supported us, had a chat, and cheered us on throughout the weekend. And a huge shout-out to Aussie Offset Smokers for an awesome partnership and some seriously good smoke.
