There’s nothing better than handmade protein oat balls 🚜☀️ Recipe below!

Made from real, simple ingredients, they are perfect for fuelling little bodies and baking into treats.

PROTEIN CHIA OAT BALLS
Recipe by Richa

~You’ll need~
1 cup Red Tractor Instant Oats
2 tbsp Red Tractor chia seeds
2 tbsp ground Red Tractor flaxseed
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup maple syrup

METHOD:
1. Add peanut butter and tahini to a heatproof bowl. Heat gently on the stovetop or in the microwave until slightly melted and runny.

2. In a large bowl, mix together oats, chia seeds and flaxseed.

3. Add in heated peanut butter and tahini mixture. Add in maple syrup. Mix well.

4. Shape into balls. If the mixture is too wet, add more oats or seeds. If the mixture is too crumbly, add more peanut butter. Enjoy! Store refrigerated for up to a week.

This Raspberry Baked Cheesecake is extra creamy, just like our Aussie oats ☀️

Made with real ingredients and finished with a creamy yoghurt layer, it’s got 10g of protein thanks to our Protein Aussie Oats.

Properly farmed and proudly grown by our Aussie farmers 🌾

RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE BAKED OATS
Recipe by

~You’ll need~

3 cups Red Tractor Protein Oats
1/3 cup collagen or protein powder
2 cups raspberries
2 cups milk
1 tsp baking powder
1.5 cups yoghurt

~Make it~

Add oats, milk, collagen powder, baking powder and 1 cup of raspberries to a baking dish. Mix well.

Spread yoghurt evenly over the top and scatter the remaining 1 cup of raspberries.

Bake at 180°C for 30–35 mins.

Allow to cool before transferring to the fridge to chill overnight.

Slice and enjoy.

ORGANIC BLUEBERRY OAT MUFFINS
Recipe by

~You will need~
180g all-purpose flour
50g Red Tractor Organic Instant Oats
100g brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
250ml milk
60g unsalted butter, melted and cooled
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup frozen blueberries

~Make it~
✅ Preheat the oven to 200C and line a 12 hole muffin tray with cases.
✅ In a large bowl combine the flour, quick oats, sugar, salt and baking powder.
✅ In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, butter and vanilla. Pour into the dry mixture and gently mix until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
✅ Scoop into the muffin cases and sprinkle with a few extra blueberries and quick oats. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and a cake tester comes out clean.
✅ Let cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a rack to cool. ENJOY xx🫐🫶
