Marty's Marmalade Generous Homemade Marmalade crammed with fresh local fruits and made using my own unique technique, which I have refined over the last 10 years.Very tasty!

Around 15 years ago I achieved a dream of owning my own home in the country(with the help of my friends at the bank.) I had the chooks, an organic veggie garden, a couple of jack russel terriers, and of course the wife and a child. Part of the dream was to grow my own fruit trees from seedlings and watch them grow. Several years later I had so much excess of produce from the garden and the trees t

hat I started to learn how to make pickles, chutneys, jams and marmalades. I have always loved marmalades in particular, but soon discovered that my own were much better than anything you could buy in the supermarket. I found ways to cram as much fruit into them as possible and get them really tasty and self setting with no need for adding pectin. I still enjoy making them and the feedback I get from the people who enjoy it.
