From a simple “water soap” experiment to a thriving local favourite, Serendipity Goatmilk Soap is a true story of passion, community, and a little bit of happy accident. More than a decade ago, what began as a curiosity quickly transformed after a chance connection with Grafton goat farmer Ann Minowany—sparking the idea to create rich, nourishing soaps using fresh goat’s milk. That moment of serendipity shaped everything that followed, and her legacy continues to inspire every bar made today.
Now handcrafted in Coffs Harbour, the range has grown to over 100 varieties, from pure, fragrance-free goatmilk soaps to beautifully scented creations. Each batch is carefully crafted to protect the delicate, moisturising properties of the milk. Every bar is hand-cut, made in small batches, and created with total control over ingredients—meaning what touches your skin is simple, natural, and thoughtfully made.
Proudly local, Serendipity Goatmilk Soap sources nearly all ingredients from the community—from fresh honey to native finger limes and tropical fruits. You’ll find them at the Harbourside Markets, where Ness loves sharing their process, their story, and the joy of handmade soap.
