🔥 Last night's dinner was an absolute winner! 🔥

We fired up some beautiful T-Bone steaks we got from The Stanley Street Butchershop, loaded the plate with jalapeño poppers, and served it all with our homemade chilli mayonnaise. 🤤🌶️

The real star, though, was one of our newest rubs currently in development – "The Texan's Little Cousin." 🤠 It's still a work in progress, but it's already bringing that bold, smoky, less spicy flavour we love on a great steak.

We're constantly testing, tweaking and tasting to make sure every rub that carries our name earns its place on your barbecue.
