Come up for some produce, cuddles & support local this long weekend as we open our Farm Gate Shop here at the farm.
For those who don’t know where we are - you can find us at 592 Ponsford Rd Comboyne 2429.
This Sunday 7th & Monday 8th June from 11-2pm come to the farm, meet the farmers and a few of the animals. Meet our newest members - 2 adorable Maremma puppies that have just joined us here on the farm this week ❤️
Bring the kids up for some cuddles and playtime! we are still deciding on names… so if you think you can help us please pop your suggestions in the comments 🙏🏼

We also have some day old chicks and Pete has been crossing his fingers super tight thinking we might have a lamb born this weekend( not confident on this one).

We are still coming down from the weekend - what an amazing day we had . We are so appreciative of all the support, even those customers who came from a far❤️ you filled our cup with so much love.
To top it off we received these pics from three very excited customers with their meal prep on Sunday night after their purchases - we love it!!
This is why we do what we do❤️❤️❤️ keep them coming !!!

Lots more exciting things happening this week - and maybe this weekend (watch this space!)

The rain has gone & the forecast tomorrow is for a fantastic day so come along and find us ❤️ We will have the coolroom stocked with lots of delicious pasture raised and grass fed produce raised here on our farm in Comboyne ❤️

Wet wet wet isn’t it!!
One thing living on the land has taught us that we are grateful for any rain we get here on the farm🙏🏼
Thanks to those who have reached out by phone or messages to check if we are ok ❤️
Overnight we received over 80mls and that’s not including the rain we received yesterday during the day and the showers we are still getting today. Appreciating every drop we get as we never know when the next will come.

On the other hand it creates a lot of emotions and concerns as a farmer, from soil & food growth of the grass for the animals, how quickly we need to keep moving them? Sheltering if needed.. their welfare is constantly in the forefront and what drives us during these days.

The idea of sliding back into constantly wet, wet weather gear is not fun, but we are always thinking of our animals and we just get back into it and get on with the jobs.
Rain, hail or shine a farmer’s job is always on!

So please think of your farmers, how can you support the small businesses in your areas ??

We would rather spend a little more for each item these days and support local over online buying where possible or supporting the bigger companies.
There are so many amazing local producers and a small businesses in your local area supporting each other to create a supportive and healthy community .
All your local producers are here to support you, our community, producing the best quality produce in our area. Why not buy direct from them rather than through the another source. Or better still get to know them, be apart of their story and know where your food comes from.
Mother Nature will continue to throw us curve balls but just months, we will be there! We will be at the markets, we will be doing deliveries to produce great food till it’s not possible anymore…

We apologise, but our FARM GATE SHOP will be CLOSED tomorrow. We were looking forward to opening our gates again . However the weather has created some extra jobs here this afternoon that puts our animals first tomorrow.
Next Sunday 31st May you will find us at Hannam Vale Winter Markets. We will have fresh and frozen produce available on the coolroom then.

If you were planning on popping out tomorrow to pick up some produce please call or text 0400164270 to arrange a delivery during the week. Don’t forget we also have order forms available ❤️ and pick up points in North haven and Laurieton.
We appreciate your support and again we apologise🙏🏼

Yes you read right we will be opening our Farm Gate Shop this Sunday 24th May here on the farm ❤️
From 11-2pm this Sunday you can pop on up to the beautiful Comboyne Plateau and stop out at our farm at
592 Ponsford Rd and pick up some delicious

🐷 Pasture Raised Pork cuts & Sausages

We have some chicks that you can cuddle as well as our mischievous kitten duo 🤣
We’d love to see you here and stop in for a chat - lots to check out in the mountain whilst your here.
Support local, reduce food miles & purchase some highly nutritious meat on the Mid North Coast.

A nice fresh morning here but what a sunrise ☀️

Although everyday is Mother’s Day or Father’s Day we take special note to all the amazing females out there.
Thank you for what you do.
A special thank you to all the amazing, caring and supportive women in Bec’s life. Thank you for helping raise our two beautiful girls and support her. As they say it takes a community to raise a child.

So happy Mothers Day to you all ❤️ we hope you have a great day and if you are thinking of popping in to see us we can’t wait to see you here!
