Bream Creek Farmers Market

Bream Creek Farmers Market The first Sunday of every month, 9am-1pm at the Bream Creek Show Grounds, showcasing the best local and fresh Tasmanian produce.

Bream Creek Farmers Market is a produce based market held at the Bream Creek Show Grounds on the first Sunday of every month, showcasing growers, cooks, brewers, producers and makers, from South Eastern Tasmania and beyond. Bream Creek Farmers Market is a place to share the excess from your garden, market and sell your Tasmanian produce and specialty products, while enjoying a day of fresh air amo

ngst Bream Creek’s lush green paddocks, a roll down the hill from the seaside. We believe in fresh, regional, seasonal and locally grown produce that is delivered by the people who produce and grow it. Gather together innovative foodies, gourmet gardeners and brilliant brewers, throw your aprons on and share your fare in the farmer’s backyard. Let’s fill up Tasmania’s larders, with the finest and freshest on offer.

We welcome winter by announcing some hot musical talent at the Bream Creek Farmers Market this Sunday.

Miss Jones is a local legend of jazzy blues. She has decades of performing experience, a big voice, and a big catalogue of original tunes.

Ryk Goddard has opened for Hoodoo Gurus and Painters and Dockers with his band ZIPP (formerly Gnarlhund) who have played the Lewi and sheds around Dodges.

Catch Miss Jones at 9am and 11am, catch Ryk at 10am and midday.

Are you a jam-or-cream-first on the scones kinda person? We’ll be serving up the famous Bream Creek scones and a cuppa tea from 9:30 this Sunday with a selection of locally made jams. Bring mum along for a treat and enjoy a morning tea along with music from Matt Bayes and Dave McKay playing delta blues, and Tomahawking Fred with old timey folk tunes. Lunch will be served up by the parents & friends of Dunalley Primary School (we hear there might be hot spuds!) and we have a great range of fresh produce, cheese, wine and bread to take home.

Head to our community stall for our Bream Creek Farmers Market branded tea towels, shopping bags and aprons - great gift ideas for Mothers' Day

The Bream Creek Farmers Market is on this weekend, under cover if it rains (wouldn't that be nice), and with scones for an early mothers day treat.
The music will be provided by;
Matt Bayes and Dave McKay (pictured) dishing out some delta blues at 9am and 11am. At 10am and Midday Tomahawkin Fred will dust off the banjo for some old timey folkey tunes, and maybe some pop songs performed in the style of old timey folk tunes.

We are looking for volunteers to help with our community Bream Creek Farmers Market. Could you spare a couple of hours a month to help on the community stall or with parking on market day? Are you interested in developing the market further? We are also recruiting for more committee members.

Send us a DM or catch up with Kate at the Leap Farm and Tongola Cheese stall, Caroline at the Bream Creek Dairy stall, or Grace at the Community Baker's Stall (after they've sold out of hot cross buns) for some more info or to answer any questions you may have.

Thanks to a Federal Government grant we received in 2025, all our market day volunteers are supported with a hot drink from Ivy Lane and brekky from the P&F Hut.
