WOOTRA ASPARAGUS $3.95 BUNCH

We pride ourselves on exceptional produce sourced from growers that share our standards. Eat the season, with local Wootra asparagus from Bindoon, sweet and intense. Our purple artichokes are fresh, vibrant and full of versatile flavour. Try the microgreens from Eden Towers, perfect for finishing any dish. The rhubarb is tart and vibrant, perfect for crumbles and compotes, and the peas and baby carrots are sweet and tender, delicious raw or lightly cooked. Plus, our fennel bulbs are big and crunchy, with their green, feathery leaves intact.

THIS WEEKEND’S FROMAGERIE SPECIALS

Discover a selection of exceptional cheeses in our Fromagerie this weekend, including the rich and creamy Délice des Crémiers, Meredith Dairy’s much loved Marinated Goat Cheese, and the distinctive Urnäscher Hornkuhkäse from Switzerland.

Enjoy Délice des Crémiers for $19 ea, reduced from $29, and Meredith Dairy Marinated Goat Cheese for $9.95 per 320g jar. We’ll also be featuring Urnäscher Hornkuhkäse at $165/kg, a distinctive Swiss cheese made from the milk of traditional long horned cows.
