Huon Valley Juice Company Mark and Christine Duggan are the producers of fresh apple juice. The Apple Juice is made fresh every week.

All the fruit to supplied to the local fresh fruit market and apple juice are grown on their orchards at Cradoc. The base of the juice is Jonagold and a blend of other varieties to get the right flavour. We try to maintain the same flavour in each batch, but there will be small variations depending on apple varieties used. The Juice can be purchased at:
