Daylesford Meat Co We aren't just great butchers. We're also pretty good farmers. We have been farming quality beyond free-range cattle & sheep for generations.

We source ethically raised poultry & pork, house smoke our own bacon & smallgoods & are famous for our sausages! Genuine Local Produce. Daylesford's premium retail butcher, located in the heart of Vincent St providing the best produce our region has to offer. We are third-generation farmers and our local farm produces some of the best beef and lamb in the country. We smoke all of our smallgoods, and source premium free-range pork and poultry from local farmers.

Saturdays are one of our busiest days instore so a bit of advanced notice that we will be closed on Anzac Day as it falls on a Saturday this year.

Don't forget you can preorder via our website or by calling our store on 03 5348 2094 and you can come into our store to collect. We are open until 6pm on Friday and will reopen on Sunday 26 April from 10am-3pm.
