Have you ever had your own baby back pork ribs?.
These are delicious.
Can be pressure Cooked for about 40 mins with 1.5 cup water. Or slow cooked for 6 hrs.THEN now they are nearly cooked, make a marinade of Soy sauce, Garlic, sweet chilli sauce, oil, any Asian sauce you have. Brush those ribs and put them in the oven 200c bake for 20 mins. Don’t think these are too hard. They are surprisingly good for so little effort. They just take a bit of time. They will be asking for more.

I was given a lovely heavy cast iron pot and I’ve made the nicest slow cooked beef casserole. I’m amazed. How even and gently cooked it is.
Of course I used our delicious chuck and shin diced beef.
Pretty economical with all my veggies added and tinned tomatoes. Gravy powder thickened it slightly. 🤪🤪🤪

With our lovely crumb chicken schnitzels or beef schnitzels or our Pork schnitzels you can create the best Parma just pan fry the schnitzels. Take them out of the pan. When they’re golden. Either side doesn’t take very long some tomato paste or tomato sauce spread that on then a piece of ham and some grated or sliced cheese and pop them in the oven for about 10 minutes my goodness they are good. You can make it with chicken or do with beef? Also I thought I put up our lovely pork roast. Can’t beat a bit of nice crackle. To cook it in the air fryer is brilliant. Roast pork guaranteed crackle. This cold weather you can’t go past a nice roast. Then left overs next day.

Red Gum Firewood is available from the shop any day. Bring your trailer and stock up for winter. @$250 cubic metre. FIREWOOD CAN BE SOLD IN SMALL LOT, E.G. 10 PIECE SACK IF THIS MAKES IT EASIER TO HANDLE.
