🥈🥈 Silver in Sydney. Silver in Melbourne.

Our Dill Crinkles have now picked up Silver medals at both the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show and Melbourne Royal Australian Food Awards.

These are the pickles that started Rickles — made here in the South West with WA-grown cucumbers and plenty of fresh dill.

Pretty bloody proud to see them recognised on both sides of the country.

Nothing fancy. Just a really good dill pickle. 🥒

Thanks to everyone who’s bought a jar, stocked us, grown for us or backed Rickles along the way.

Two silvers for the crinkles. We’ll take that. 💚

GOLD FOR GOLD 🥇

🥇 Melbourne Royal — Gold
🥈 Sydney Royal — Silver

Pretty stoked to share that our Rickles Gold Sauce picked up GOLD at the Melbourne Royal Australian Food Awards, followed by SILVER at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show 🥈

Still wrapping my head around this one a little bit.

Gold started as something I was mucking around with in the kitchen, trying to make the mustard sauce I actually wanted to eat — tangy, punchy, a little sweet and made with our pickled cucumbers and brine.

There’s been a fair bit of tinkering along the way 😅 so to have it recognised by two Royal shows means a hell of a lot.

Thanks to everyone who’s bought a bottle, stocked it, eaten it on absolutely everything, or backed what we’re trying to build with Rickles.

Looks like Gold might be onto something.

Walking through the houses where our pickles are grown the other day with Simon Russo here in Irishtown Donnybrook, We re familiarised ourselves with how important the quality and freshness is from the ground up!
