Inspired by a passion for the islands where I grew up, élan’s Caribbean Flavours is a range of exotic, hand-made products that will bring the spirit of the Caribbean to your table. Each of my sauces, jams and chutneys is an exotic, all natural, gluten and preservative free blend of spices and herbs. But like any Caribbean cook there’s one ingredient I prize above all others – the Jamaican Scotch

This amazing chili is one of the hottest in the world but also one of the tastiest and my home-tested recipes perfectly balance this combination of heat and flavour to deliver a product for every palate.
