Growing a diverse range of produce including specialty potatoes, heirloom vegetables and tree ripened fruit. Our produce is available in our farm shop along with goods sourced from nearby farms, Tuerong grown Belted Galloway beef and homemade pickles and preserves. Our farm gate shop is open 5 days a week, from Thursdays to Mondays, 8am - 6pm (closed public holidays).

Last week, at the very end of tomato season, we got a little video of how we make our jars of Nonna’s Organic Cherry Tomatoes ❀️

Nothing but delicious, ripe organic cherry tomatoes from Joe in Bittern are put into jars to keep us going through winter πŸ˜‰ Ready for pasta sauces, casseroles, braises and the likes 🌈

Eat that rainbow folks 🌈

Highlights include stunning cauliflowers and broccoli that's amazing value, persimmons, laaaaate season figs and strawberries, quince, magnificent leafy greens, chestnuts and hazelnuts, feijoas, apples, pears, chillies, gorgeous carrots, spuds, parsnips and celeriac ❀️

If you're hankering for a protein fix, our grass fed beef is beautifully marbled and full of flavour, and lambs are tender and succulent. You pick up fresh cuts, or try our meats in a ragus, lasagne, kasundi pie or curries πŸ˜‰

So many more things to mention including beautiful collection of sourdoughs, pastries, flatbreads with seasonal toppings, baguettes, bagels and ciabatta. Stunning goats cheeses, kefir and krauts. Raw honey, pasture raised eggs, soups, quiches, apple pies, olive oils, fruit straps, cordials, local wines, beers and spirits... the list goes on πŸ₯°

Some folk may already be familiar with Tom’s style at Quealy, but in a nutshell his approach is to grow grapes organically and use traditional techniques to produce exceptional wines with as minimal intervention as possible. Little added, nothing taken away. Come on down tomorrow arvo and have a taste, the wines are bloody delicious πŸ˜‰
