To all of our new followers — if you found us through our cooked launch, we’re so glad you’re here 🤍

While fish & chips may have introduced you to Fishcut, our reputation was built on fresh seafood — and it will always be at the heart of what we do.

Each week, our cabinets are filled with freshly filleted fish, premium prawns, oysters, whole fish and more, sourced direct from the Sydney Fish Market and brought home to the Central West.

We were truly blown away by the support and never expected so many of you to roll in, whether it was your first visit or you’ve supported us from the beginning.

Today we cooked up a storm and sold out. Thank you to everyone who waited patiently in the queue and supported us as we launched cooked seafood at Fishcut.
