From day one, Nicole has slipped seamlessly into the rhythm of our little preserves kitchen. Her bubbly personality, positive attitude and eye for operational excellence have made her a wonderful fit, and we are absolutely delighted to have her as part of the team.

The proof, as they say, is in the pudding… or in this case, the Quince Jelly! Nicole recently took the lead on a batch that turned out so beautifully that we’ve decided to enter it into this year’s Sydney Royal and Melbourne Royal Fine Food Shows. Outside the kitchen, Nicole is a proud Western Bulldogs supporter and has recently made the move to life along the mighty Murray River, embracing everything our wonderful region has to offer.

What a fantastic day at Moama Market.

There’s nothing we enjoy more than getting out from behind the kitchen benches and talking directly with the people who love and support Australian-made food. Thank you to everyone who stopped by today, shared a story, tasted our preserves, and reminded us why we started this journey.

We’re incredibly proud that every jar we make is crafted with Australian ingredients and made right here in regional Australia.

Today we were also able to share some exciting news. Already 57 people have joined us as shareholders, with more than $105,000 invested in the future of Quincey Jones Jelly Preserves Co. Thank you to every one of you for believing in what we’re building.
