Absolutely stoked to have been accepted into the Circular Value Program run by Food Futures Company

This is a huge opportunity for us to learn, refine and grow what and how we do things while focusing on the why.

The 3 month mentoring program called for applications from NSW entrepreneurs whose businesses utilised upcycled ingredients, byproducts and waste streams from across the agrifood sector transforming them into high value products.

The program is funded through the NSW Government's Accelerating Regional Innovation Fund.

Excited.

With the worst of the hot weather out of the way (fingers crossed)the 2024 growing season has begun and the fungi is now incubating. We have been working behind the scenes improving our growing space and investing in some much needed equipment. Here's to a cool change, plentiful fungi, great food, great people and big dreams. Hi I’m Rayne, my favourite part of being a mushroom grower is harvesting all the Snow White Oysters. My favourite way to eat mushrooms is the Anti Pasto Mushrooms in Olive Oil. I love to help put the stickers on when packaging up trays. I’m looking forward to picking and eating Lions Mane.

Hi I’m Noah. I love having a mushroom farm because I like helping to harvest and taste all the mushrooms. My favourite so far is the Snow White Oysters because they are very delicious. I’m looking forward to growing other varieties including Lions Mane.

Meet the Growers, hey I'm Jodie, I do most of the mushroom cultivation here at Eden Creek Mushrooms. The wondrous world of fungi snuck up on me. It is the sort of thing that once you grow your first cluster, you’re hooked. The healing benefits of mushrooms to the body and the planet are truly remarkable and before long you find you’re wearing mushroom pants whilst telling everyone who’ll listen that mycelium will save the world…..it will by the way.
