Romanesco in store now. Isn’t nature talented. Cook like cauliflower or broccoli.
Suggestion: Roasting it tends to bring out its nutty flavor. Toss the florets in olive, salt, pepper and Grange Garlic crushed garlic or garlic powder. Roast at 200°C - 220°C for 20–25 minutes until crispy and browned around the edges. Finish with fresh lemon juice and Parmesan.
