My name is Jess and I live in Tylden, Victoria (near Woodend, Kyneton & Trentham). In between taking care of my three cherubs (aged 5, 3 & 1 - ish) I bake bread! My sourdough culture was passed on to me from my mother in law, Sue. I *think* its about 8 years old but it could be older. I have recently had my kitchen assessed and can bake small quantities commercially. If you would like a loaf (or 4) please contact me. I can deliver, within reason locally or you can pick up.
