Happy Mothers Day to all the Mamma bears, Nonna’s, Nanna’s, Aunties and incredible women in our lives. Thank you all for supporting our little deli over the warmer months. Buongiorno bellissimi we love samples at the deli. This week we have something particularly special from an amazing producer BURRADUC BUFFALO YLENIA CHEESE A silkly stringy texture perfectly salty and beautifully melty. Paired well with prosciutto, fennel or truffle salami and a sneaky red 🍷with your grazing board or with some lovely San Marzano tomatoes and basil on pizza. We are really excited and honored to be showcasing this local artisan product
