We’re super excited to introduce you to our new Meat Manager Troy! 👋🔪

Troy has been a fully qualified butcher for 34 years, getting his start straight out of school. With plenty of experience under his belt (pun intended), he knows his way around the meat room!

He’s super keen, always up for a challenge, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Whether you need something cut a certain way, have a special request, or just need a hand choosing the perfect cut — Troy is more than happy to help! 🥩👌

He’s hit the ground running this week already show casing his skills and knowledge within the cabinet.
