Make a simple creamy sorbet-style icecream with our delicious Kensington Pride Mangoes.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups mango pulp
1 cup cream
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar (or none at all)

1. Blend mango cheeks separately into a pulp and put aside.
2. Blend the rest together until smooth.
3. Fold the two mixes together and then freeze to the desired consistency.

Delicious and simple.
