ITALIAN HOLIDAYS

In a picture the essence of my Italian Summertime Life.

As I say all the time it isn’t about a product, a roll or a location.
It’s all about the energy and the feeling on your skin, the aroma, the taste and the sounds. All these things combined together.

I can’t explain it. But I just can tell you that I never tasted a panino so good😅😂.

I don’t know what it is, but I can say that this moment has been the happiest moment of my life in the last 10 years. And I lived so many “intense” moments 😅…

My country gave me the right emotional rest after giving all myself to Italiana💋, plus NINE years of immigration in Australia!

NOW: ITALIANA💋!

A new business plan on my desk. Planning, calculating, studying, evaluating risks, considering costs and logistic, understanding deeply import-export law (it’s MASSIVE😱), analysing the market and its competitiveness, defining amortisation times of investments.

Matching all this with Perth.

Definitely LA DOLCE VITA È FINITA.
But living it, has been the best price for all I have done💪🇦🇺❤️🇮🇹!

Another BIG achievement for Italiana💋The Mediterranean Deli!!!!

Business Foundation Business Foundations Ltd 🌟] nominated my little Italian Deli in the category “Best New Business “.

Even if I’m taking a break for few weeks in Italy after 2 years of borders closure, I take this AMAZING news as the only way to prepare myself with RESPONSIBILITY and AKNWOLEDGMENT for what I did and what I have intention to do in the next few months, before the end of 2022.

In the next few weeks “ITALIANA TAKES ITALY” will bring me from Campania (my region) to Veneto where I am going to see local producers and export managers.

The standard in the Food Industry in my country is incredibly high under all the points of view, and I feel I can do my part for Western Australia to lift up the level of the actual commercial proposal respecting two of my main values:

It has been a quite long work thinking about my new brand image and the fact is that more than a name, ITALIANA💋 is a face, that makes my business

I AM ITALIANA💋

… inside, outside, all around 😅.

Every single piece of me is made by that culture, sometimes beloved, sometimes envied. Never indifferent.

From the moment I left my shop in Fremantle to expand in a new location I found very difficult to recollect my strength, my power, my energy, after 15 months of hammering.

THAT LOGO IS A HUMAN and behind Italiana💋 there is just… me!

I realised that expanding would mean to me bringing more value, more quality, DIFFERENT PRODUCTS and, at the same time, managing a bigger shop.

What about going back to Italy?

NO MORE ITALY😱😱😱😱!!!

How no more Italy🧐, Italiana?

No more Italy = No more mum, no more dad, no more brothers, no more cousins, no more cousins of cousins, no more cousins of cousins of cousins, no more friends, no more friends of friends, no more strangers who become friends, no more Italian “dolce far niente”, THE SWEETNESS OF DOING NOTHING. ARRIVEDERCI E GRAZIE

As many of you know, from April 1st Italiana The Mediterranean Deli won’t be anymore on South Terrace Fremantle.

After just 14 months of business the venue in Fremantle couldn’t respond anymore to Italiana’s Business Plan, Logistic Plan, Financial Plan and Marketing Plan.

It’s very hard for an entrepreneur making decisions right now, but I took the responsibility of what I created in just 14 months choosing to PROTECT my results obtained with SACRIFICE and DETERMINATION, working day in day out to my business project for the last 14 months of my life.

The jungle is very aggressive out there but doing business is why I was born for.

AND I AM FEARLESS.

I loved every single moment spent in Fremantle, even the toughest ones.

I adored every single square meter of my little tin shed shop.

I have been able to let it become HOME.

Tomorrow I will post on my YouTube Channel the most beautiful video I have done during my trading career.

I leave Fremantle with PEACE in my heart, GRATEFUL and HUNGRY, HUNGRY OF SUCCESS.
