Aviani Persimmon Farm We are family-operated persimmon orchard located in Galston, NSW (Sydney Hills District).

From mid-March to early June we sell fresh persimmons direct to the public. Pick Your Own persimmons are available from April each year - bookings essential. We are family-owned persimmon business located in Galston, NSW (in the Hills District of Sydney).

🍊 A big thank you to everyone who visited the farm, picked persimmons, stopped by the packing shed, shared our posts, left reviews, or supported us in any way this season.

From the earliest soft Nightingale persimmons through to the crunchy Fuyu at the end of the season, it’s been a busy and memorable harvest, and we’ve loved welcoming so many returning faces and first-time visitors to the farm.

Thank you for being part of another season with us — we really appreciate your support.

We’ll be back in March 2027, with Pick Your Own returning in April 2027.

🍊 Final weekend for PICK YOUR OWN persimmons – 30/31 May 🍊

We are also in the final week of Fuyu available from the packing shed. The shed is reopening Saturday 30 May and will be open daily 8am–4pm (or until sold out) until harvest finishes.

PYO bookings are open on our website for Saturday & Sunday. More tickets may be released for Sunday — join the waitlist on our website and keep a close eye on your email, or check the website again Saturday afternoon.

Persimmon jam is back in stock! Along with local honey, hot (chilli) honey and honeycomb from Blake’s Bush Honey . Our gorgeous persimmon tea towels and cleaning cloths are also 40% off.

Nightingale (Hachiya) and Yemon soft persimmons have now finished for the season — thank you to everyone who enjoyed them this year.

It’s been a BIG weekend at Aviani Persimmon Farm! 🍊

We have temporarily sold out of persimmons from the packing shed and are now closed for sales until next weekend.

We’ll reopen on Saturday 16 May 2026 for:
• Farm gate sales of Fuyu and Yemon persimmons
• Pick Your Own Fuyu persimmons (bookings essential via www.avianipersimmonfarm.com.au)

Today marked the end of our Nightingale (Hachiya) persimmon season for 2026. A huge thank you to everyone who enjoyed them this year, whether buying from the shed or through Pick Your Own. We’ve seen a remarkable growth in popularity for these beautiful soft persimmons as more and more people discover and fall in love with them.

The fruit has been slow to ripen this year, but shed sales reopen this Saturday 28 March.

Our packing shed will be open 7 days, 8am–4pm, including Easter and Anzac Day.
