100% Organic Certified or Biodynamic. From time to time we will bring in products that are 100% spray free & grown with Organic principles. However those items are clearly labeled as such. So if a listing says it’s Organic- then it’s a certified organic product.

We are so lucky to have such a wide range of Organics grown in Australia! Vancouver Island (Lana’s home) only generates 10% of its food. It was & still is the first thing I brag about to friends in Canada. Haha our bananas are Aussie! Bananas in Canada are normally from Chile or Ecuador.

Pre-Order is your best option, as it gives you all the choices. Place your order from Friday PM to Sunday 10am.

We do the farm run every Monday morning. Deliveries available from Monday - Thursday.
