Our final market proved to be one of the best — and certainly one of the most emotional.
Thank you to all the stallholders who joined us on our final day, and to every stallholder who has been part of the market over the past 30 years. It has been an incredible journey, and what a great run it has been.

We also extend our heartfelt thanks to the community who supported both Rotary and the market over the years. Your continued support is what kept the market thriving, and we couldn't have asked for a better way to finish this chapter.

A special thank you to the many musicians who brought life and atmosphere to the waterfront over the years, and to Rick & Jenna for sharing their beautiful animals with the community for so many years. Your contribution helped make the market a place where people wanted to gather, connect, and create memories.

Over the past 30 years, the Rotary Club of Geelong Central has contributed more than $1 million to local, interstate, and international causes. It has been our privilege to support communities, projects, and people in need — and none of this would have been possible without the support of our stallholders, volunteers, sponsors, and community.

As we close this chapter, we do so with immense gratitude for everyone who played a part in the market’s success. Thank you for the memories, the friendships, and the support.

The Geelong Waterfront is such an iconic place, and Rotary of Geelong Central has been fortunate to spend the past 30 years in this beautiful location. Along the way, we’ve gotten to know our stallholders, our community, and so many familiar faces who have become part of the market journey.
We’ve started our days with some of the most beautiful sunrises, weathered the windy and wet days together, and created countless memories along the way.

Our next market will be in March! Unfortunately, there will be no market in February as the Cadel Evans Bike Race is being held on the same weekend. We can’t wait to welcome you back in March.
