This has been a 🤬 year for Highams Fresh Fish. As most people are aware it started with the government ripping away my lively hood shutting down the commercial shark fishing industry on the West Coast (which I still have not received a cent from in regards to compensation) to rub salt in the wound they have now disallowed set nets in the near shore net fishery. To top it all off I was shot in the torso earlier this year (the fi****ms location is still unknown) leaving me unable to work at all.. As recent as yesterday that same person who attempted to take my life is now trying to take the life of my dogs by baiting them

Another spit in the face from the government.. Not only has Jackie Jarvis managed to take away fresh locally caught shark from the Geraldton community 🤬 she’s now also stopped set nets being used in the near shore net fishery on the west coast! Which means Highams fresh fish will no longer supply our usual variety of mixed locally caught fish and the amount caught will also be halved 😣👎 We will have a select amount of fresh fish available tomorrow morning at BCF carpark from 8am until sold
