The orchard is bursting with apples and we’ve got all your favourites ready to go!

🍏 Granny Smith Apples – 4kg bags $12
🍎 Pink Lady Apples – 3kg bags $12
🍭 Fresh Made Toffee Apples – $6.50 each
🍎 “Nothing But Apple” Chips – $4.50 a bag

Whether you’re packing lunchboxes, baking an apple pie, making crumble, or just after a healthy snack, there’s nothing quite like fresh, locally grown apples straight from the orchard.

Our apple chips are made from our own apples with no fuss, just pure apple goodness, and our fresh-made toffee apples are the perfect old-fashioned treat for kids (and grown-ups too!).

This morning Dad was out picking fresh mandarins and oranges straight from the trees, just as he has for years. This time he had a little helper along for the ride. Watching our youngest enjoy the same orchard that has fed our family and community for so long is pretty special.

Freshly picked fruit is now in store. Grown with care, picked by hand, and brought straight from our orchard to your table.

🍎 Community Catch-Up Tomorrow!

We have received word from his office that Basil Zempilas MLA Leader of the Liberal Party will be visiting our shop tomorrow at around 2:15pm.

We know it’s during the work day and not everyone will be able to make it, but for those who can stop by, it’s a valuable opportunity to meet with Basil and have your voice heard on matters affecting our local community.

We’re proud to provide a space where locals can connect, share their thoughts, and discuss what matters most to them.

🍝 It’s Spaghetti Sunday at Macri’s Fruit Shed! 🍝

When the weather outside is wild, there’s nothing better than a warm, hearty bowl of spaghetti made easy with our fresh homemade sauce. ❤️

Our shelves are stocked with fresh sauce and ready to take the stress out of dinner tonight. Just add your favourite pasta and dinner is sorted!

We’re open until 5:00pm today, but closed tomorrow, so if you’re brave enough to face the storm, pop in and see us before we shut the doors for the day.

Our homegrown fruit and veg is often talked about by many… and sometimes even declared some of the best they’ve ever tasted 🍊🌱

But one thing that always steals the show every season is our mandarins. Famous for being unbelievably juicy, sweet and bursting with freshness, they’ve become a real customer favourite over the years — and for good reason.

Now officially BACK IN STORE 🙌

We’re out there picking them fresh every single day… sometimes multiple times a day because they are absolutely flying off the shelves! The trees are loaded and the orchard is looking incredible.

We’ve been a little quiet on here lately as there’s been a lot happening behind the scenes, but we wanted to give the community an update on where things currently stand.

First of all, thank you…truly. The support we’ve received has been incredible. Whether you’ve popped in for a chat, shared ideas, recommended people for us to speak with, signed or shared our petition, or reached out to others on our behalf, it has all made a difference, and we’re so grateful to be part of such a supportive community.

What started as a bit of a last-ditch effort to get some advice and guidance from the community quickly grew into something much bigger than we expected. With that exposure came an amazing opportunity, and we were incredibly fortunate to be approached by Michael Clare from forgeplanning, who has generously offered his time and expertise to help us by submitting a new application on a pro bono basis.

Michael, thank you for your support, your time, and for even coming out to visit us on top of your already busy workload. We truly appreciate it.

With his help, we now have a new application underway with the City of Swan 🙌🏼🤞🏼

Now isn’t the time to lose momentum, it’s the time to keep rallying and showing just how much this shop means to our community. We’re determined to see this through and get this application over the line.

We’ve also had quite a few people asking about a community meeting. At this stage, we’re feeling hopeful about the progress of the new application and are looking forward to working constructively with the Shire. However, if things don’t move forward as hoped, we will absolutely look at bringing the community together to show just how important this shop is to everyone.

Thank you again for standing with us. It means more than we can put into words 🤍
