I can’t believe it is opening day tomorrow 🤩👏🥹

This past 10days has been an absolute marathon, but I’m so incredibly proud of the space we have created, thankful for all the hours my dream team put in, and humbled by the interest, and grateful for the help that has been offered 💕

I can’t wait to have you in for a coffee, a shop and some good energy in our new location 208 Grey Street 🤗

Opening Hours:
The Nook ☕️ 7:30am - 12:30pm
The Sage 🍀 10am - 5pm

Welcome to Dayna, the newest member of our Sage Family 🤗💕

Last week Dayna had her first shift with us, and she absolutely nailed it !!! So for the next couple of weeks she will be in store on Fridays learning the ropes, familiarising herself with the products and helping me out with a special project for the new shop 🤫

That’s right, you might have recognised her smiling face from behind the coffee machine at TCI and you’ll definitely catch her behind the new machine at the Clover Coffee Nook coming in September 🍀☕️

Shout out to our amazing Bree, who had her last day in the shop before heading off on the trip of a life time for the next 6 months 🚗💨

Bree has always been such a rock at The Sage, and proved it once again today covering my afternoon shift when I last minute took a very sick Fletcher to the hospital (hes okay, but RSV is no joke so stay safe other there its going around 😢)

They say teamwork makes the dream work and I certainly couldn’t have done it without Bree today 🤗 so have the most wonderful and well deserved break and we will see you back in the new year!

I don’t often do product post but this time I’m so excited to get my hands on this gut loving beauty 👏

Over the past 4 years I’ve been working to improve my own gut health, and remove the preservatives that wreak havoc on our Gastrointestinal Systems. Seriously it has been an eye opener and a HUGE reason why I made the decision to take on the Sage 2 years ago 🤯

After stocking and using mywayup.com products for the past 18 months, we now have this beautifully curated go-to-guide that is the perfect blend of education, practical tips and gut loving recipes 👌

Seriously I wish I had something like this at the start of my journey instead of going down the rabbit hole that is the internet these days 😅

I’ve only got a few copies in store (and let’s be real I’ll probably end up getting for one myself 😏) so if you aren’t one of the lucky ones pop your name on the list and we get some more ordered ASAP because this one is a winner 🏆
