We are the Dry Aged Meat & Wagyu Specialists with the largest Himalayan Dry Age and Wagyu facilities in the State, this is where we craft the most tender flavoursome meat cuts available in the market.
The Himalayan Salt in our Dry Age Rooms has been imported from Pakistan and it’s here the magic happens. The Dry Aging process breaks down the collagen in a piece of meat, leaving behind nothing but the most tender and flavoursome meat you have ever tasted before! Our stores also stock gourmet sausages and prepared meal solutions that we make daily in-store, eggs, honey and of course the most gourmet and extensive of meat ranges.
Our shops are located in Westfield Coomera, Pacific Fair, Robina and Palm Beach are both opening soon.
