At Gojak Meats we pride ourselves on customer service. We will cut your meat exactly as you want it, and we happily answer your questions and offer advice about preparing and cooking meat - you wont get this at your local supermarket! All our gourmet sausages are gluten free, including lamb, chicken, beef and pork (come in and see our range of mouth-watering flavours!). We also sell other gourmet

meats including aged beef, venison, duck, quail and phesant. Some of these are marinated and seasoned. We will tell you if these may contain gluten (you should always ask us anyway, and if not we can arrange gluten-free alternatives!) You will notice a fantastic aroma when you enter our shop - we use oregon woodchips to smoke our gluten free smallgoods, including free range bacon and double smoked ham. Other specialty European products include presswurst (pork and jelly) black pudding, white pudding, and chevapi. Come in and see us, we will make your experience at Gojak Meats a pleasant and even an entertaining one
