Lakker's take on Dubai Chocolate 🍫

What started as a repetitive customer request and looked like a nice addition to our range. We started our first samples in early 2025 to see if we could replicate this viral chocolate bar.

After trial and error. Our main focus was to create an experience rather than mass producing chocolate bars similar to already exciting products on the Australian market packed with fillers and other nut varieties to cut costs.

We chose to source Australian grown pistachios, slowly roast them on low heat, and grind them into a delicious pistachio paste full of depth and flavour.

Pistachio paste, crispy roasted kadayif pastry, Tasmanian salt, butter, and our creamy white chocolate were the base of this delicious filling. All moulded in a very thin crisp milk chocolate layer.

We received so much positive feedback from customers. ' Best Australian made Dubai Chocolate '. To customers comparing our take on Dubai Chocolate as delicious as some made by award winning European chocolatiers '.

This creation takes a lot of manual labour, occasionally a deep tissue massage 😅. But we are thankful for all your messages and purchases (sometimes by the dozen 😅). Supporting us directly means we can keep producing these bars at affordable prices. For a short time, but definitely for a good time.
