Thank you to all our amazing customers for your support throughout the year. Salamanca Market brings together people from all over the world, and we are lucky to meet each and everyone of you for the brief-ist of moments to share in your holiday adventure. Whether you are on holidays or one of our many regular locals, the Silver HIll Fisch Team wish to thank you for your support and to wish you all a very Happy New Year. Silver Hill Fisch started in 2010, and we have been permanently operating from Salamanca Market each Saturday since 2012. Over the years we have proudly amassed a dedicated following, including interstate and overseas visitors. Wotif.com once named us the 4th best place to eat out in Hobart (after restaurants Templo, the Agrarian Kitchen and Fico).

We like to keep it simple, unique and as local as it gets. We offer the one product, and one product only, from our tiny vintage food van, and we positively love it.

Our Tasmanian Salmon Roll is comprised of local Tasmanian salmon fillets, marinated in a unique cajun spice mix and grilled on-site, served in a toasted focaccia roll with zesty lettuce mix and a whole-egg mayonnaise.
