Tasmanian Blue Moki!!! 😍😍😍
Not technical native, These guys slip throughout the deep sea currents from new Zealand and end up lost along our coastline!

It is flavorful and pairs beautifully with curries, chowders, and pan-frying.

Only one here so be quick before before border force comes asking after his immigration documents!
