With over 50 years combined experience in the meat industry, the Dry Aged Meat Co have recently commenced trading in Hoppers Crossing. We are able to offer a wide range of products, depending on your requirements. We specialise in Beef, Lamb, Pork and Veal. We take particular care to buy the best stock, all sourced locally from Victoria’s finest producers. We freshly bone all of our cuts of meat in house, so you know that it is fresh and not frozen.
