The shelves are looking a little emptier, the BBQs are stocked, and Ryan, Natalie and the crew are officially cooked! 😴😂

After a huge lead-up to the King’s Birthday long weekend, we’re taking a well-earned day off to recover from helping feed half of Horsley and the surrounding suburbs! 🔥🍖

The display is full, the cabinets are stocked, and we’re ready for a busy Saturday at Uppercuts Butchery Horsley!

We’re open today until 12:00 PM, then we’ll be taking a short break for the King’s Birthday Long Weekend. We’ll be back on Tuesday from 8:00 AM.

🌭 Caleb will be firing up the BBQ from 8:30 AM until midday with plenty of sausage taste testing available, so come down, say hello, and try some of our handmade gourmet sausages.

We were more than happy to help out, and we’re thrilled to hear the sausages were a hit with the Wollongong Touch members. Being part of the Horsley and Illawarra community means a lot to us, and supporting local clubs, teams and community groups is something we’re passionate about.

A heartfelt thank you to all of our wonderful customers and the Horsley community.

When Nathalie and I made the big move from Sydney and took over the butcher shop in January, we didn’t know exactly what to expect. What we have found is an incredibly welcoming, supportive, and friendly community that has made us feel right at home.

We are truly grateful for the support you have shown us over the past few months. Every visit to the shop, every kind word, and every recommendation to family and friends means so much to us.

Our goal has always been to provide quality meat, great service, and products we’re proud to put on your table. We hope you’re enjoying what we do as much as we enjoy doing it.

We already feel like part of this beautiful community, and we’re excited about the future. We look forward to serving Horsley and the surrounding areas for many years to come.
