nal Food Safety Standards, understands our responsibilities within the food supply chain, is able to offset potential threats to the integrity of the food we supply, and can maintain customer confidence. Galipo's Midtown Meats is also proudly HACCP System Certified. Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HAACP) is an internationally recognised method of identifying and managing food safety risk. When central to an active food safety program, this system provides our customers with an assurance that biological, chemical, and physical hazards from raw material production, procurement and handling, to manufacturing, distribution and consumption; are addressed through a regime of extensive cleaning programs, calibration and maintenance programs, traceability procedures, training and audit processes. At Galipo's Midtown Meats, we have a modern, temperature-controlled facility, and have enthusiastically responded to the needs of our customers wishing to have access to vacuum-packed portions to meet their specific needs and transportation requirements, whilst also ensuring that the highest quality products leave our store en-route to their final destination. Our refrigerated delivery vehicle ensures that our customer's orders are delivered to suit their schedules, and priority is given to ensure products for delivery are monitored to guarantee freshness and quality.
