Snow Country Fresh Produce is looking for a fit, reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team in a year-round position.

About the Role
• Minimum roster of Monday, Wednesday & Friday
• Additional days may be available for the right person
• Delivering fresh fruit and vegetables to our valued customers
• Early starts and a physically active role
• Drive a modern, well-maintained fleet of delivery vehicles

We're Looking For Someone Who:
• Is reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Is physically fit and capable of lifting produce
• Takes pride in their work, their presentation, and keeping their delivery vehicle clean and well cared for
• Has a friendly attitude and provides excellent customer service
• Can work independently, has excellent attention to detail, and manages their time effectively
• Holds a current driver's licence

🍲 Cheesy Cauliflower Soup with Herb Croutons

Ingredients
• 2 leeks, trimmed and chopped
• 30g butter
• 1 large cauliflower, trimmed and broken into small florets
• 600ml vegetable stock
• 500ml whole milk
• 100g cheddar, grated
• 50g parmesan or grana padano, finely grated

🥖 Herb Croutons
• Ciabatta loaf, crusts removed and cut into pieces
• 3 Tbsp olive oil
• Sea salt flakes
• 1 tsp chopped thyme leaves

👨‍🍳 Method

Preheat oven to 180°C fan-forced (200°C conventional). Toss ciabatta with olive oil, salt and thyme. Spread on a tray and bake for 10–15 minutes until golden and crisp.
Cook leeks in butter until softened. Add cauliflower and cook for 5 minutes.
Add stock and milk, bring to a simmer and cook for 20–25 minutes until the cauliflower is very soft.
Blend until smooth using a stick blender.
Gently reheat and stir through the cheeses until melted.
Serve topped with the herb croutons and enjoy!
