Merry Christmas one and all.
We regret to inform you that Mark Hunter Oysters is no longer trading.
After four generations of oyster farmers it’s time to put down the culling file.
I’d like to thank you all for your support patronage and patience over the years. We have all shared the good times and the bad times together. I’ve made a lot of life long friendships and exchanged a lifetimes worth of banter.

Just to let everyone know due to an Apple issue Mark can’t access any of his apps and the problem won’t be rectified until after the 27/12/23. Oyster orders are now closed as stock was limited. Thank you for your ongoing support and we wish you a happy healthy 2024. Mark and Meg

Just a note to wish everyone a very merry Christmas and hopefully a better 2023. Unfortunately due to the QX virus destroying our Sydney Rock Oyster stock we won’t have any oysters for Christmas this year. If all things go to plan hopefully 2023 will see production improvement and many oyster sales. Thank you for your support and patronage.
